Hi everyone, my 2014 40k miles trekking 1.3 turbo diesel (which we all love) recently started showing the engine management light and going into limp mode. It was on off for a while but eventually did it when we could get it to the mechanic who confirmed by plugging it in it was the turbo position sensor, it has been suggested that it may be a defective sensor or even turbo, requiring partial or full replacement. Has anyone out there had any similar problems and how were they rectified? It's due to have the turbo removed and inspected in the next week or so. Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
