General mud flaps

I have looked high and low for mud flaps for 500L as they are not available from Fiat dealers in europe! and I did not want to fit the univreasl type.I have however discovered that genuine Mopar mud flaps are availble in America from the popular auction site and have ordered a set for the front a bit pricey at £55 but they should fit properly.I need to check that the rear set will fit our MPW and will have a look at an L in local garage. It is very odd that we can't get them here must be some kind of fall out within fiat/chrsler group?.

I've fitted a full set of the 'Universal' type that wraps around the edge of the wheel arch. It's very easy to get a perfect fit that seals tightly to the arch edge. Don't bother with the plain flat type! You can find the 'Universals' suitable for the 500L on Ebay, I think both sets cost a total of about £27 including post.

Hi Mud flaps have arrived! and though expensive they are a really good fit, why on earth we can't get them here I don't know! they are branded MOPAR as everything else on our car is and dealer fit evreywhere outside europe.

Can you post a link or eBay item number to the where you got your mudflaps from.

All the ones I can see are nearer £70 with postage and import tax fee's, etc.

Thanks ?

Hi the item no is 191932324827 there was no issue with customs as the UK and US have some kind of agreement Tax paid at thier end. They are good fit but I think a inch or so deeper would be better they are expensive for what they are but they look right and fit in a way that will not damage the paint.
