Hi,My 500L 1.6diesel whistles when reving is that normal especially @ 2000rpm
It has 15200miles on clock please help.

I haven't noticed any unusual noises on mine. It might be worth contacting the dealer to arrange to have it checked.

My car had kind of a rattle at 1800 rpm. Was fixed at the dealer, it was a poorly mounted sheet metal.

Did your dealer fix the whistling sound? I am now noticing it happening on mine as well at around 1800rpm.

Hi,
AcA is average consumption A the car has two trip counters A and B wich can be reset independently. Bothe have distance, time and fuel consumption. You mighr use A for long term (between service) monitoring and B for each tank or journey.
