Don't think you'll have any luck with FIAT. I too had problems seeing the crucial 30 MPH bit of the speedo but after a bit of playing with the wheel and seat adjustments I resolved it. I'm 6'4". A friend of mine who is, coincidentally, the same height as me and has the same name and age as me, got pictured doing 37 but was offered a 'speed awareness course'. Better than 3 points and doesn't affect you insurance ( I was told).
