This article is a couple of months old, but as a new owner it's new to me, and possibly of interest to a few other people.

Fiat created a couple of styling concepts for the Sema car show in USA last year - one is an "Adventurer" design - with roofrack etc, and the other is "Thalassa" - a surfer's wagon.

Pictures and more info at the link - http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/...concepts-first-look-video-2013-sema-show.html

The Adventurer looks cool, but I think would have looked better on the Trekk body.

The Thalassa.... (n)

They are both on the trekking body. The difference with the adventurer is that it has satin black lower trim, and satin black vinyl graphics to visually extend the wheelarches. Also has a cat-back twin exhaust, and 18 inch wheels. I quite like the Orange with the white... And the roofrack.

Agree with the thoughts on the Thalassa though, I think that it could maybe have worked with a more muted colour.

There's also this car from Geneva - http://www.carscoops.com/2014/03/mopar-helps-fiat-add-some-surfer.html

You're right, I thought it only had the front end as looking at the back I couldn't see the step, externally the Thalassa might pull even it together with different wheels (chunky white Minilites perhaps?), but the interior's a dogs breakfast, the standard Trekk is much better!
