Technical fiat 500 1.4 clutch switch

Hi , can anybody tell me how to change clutch pedal switch, its a nightmare to get too, I can feel it but cant get a good grip on It to release it, is it dash out job or pedal box out, is there another way, help please! thanks paul.

Is no one who's not changed clutch switch, can't believe this ?

Never done it on a 500 but they are virtually the same the automotive world over, just twist and pull backwards away from the pedal.

It might be tight on the 500 but it should certainly not be a dash out job.
Worst case maybe move the knee airbag out the way if fitted
