General Wheel nut size.
Don't know the size, but a word of warning. What are the covers made of? If metal, they may corrode onto the nuts, making wheel changing on a dark wet night impossible.

I think you mean SILICONE.
I'm struggling to imagine them. If a tight fit, and they'd need to be quite snug to stay on, they could be difficult to remove, especially in the dark and wet. Still, they should not corrode on, so if that's what is wanted, go for it.
They're usually plastic (or silicone 
) and are pressed on/interference fit. Most of them come with a little tweezer thing which you should keep in the glove-box and not lose.. so that you can hook them off the nuts when needed.
