Hello all, my wife has a 500 pop and recently tried to get in using the spre key however the lock did not work but had a click when turned ? This happened with both sets of keys. ( Central locking still working) has anyone come across this.

I suspect it's the mechanism..,
have a look in the GUIDE on replacing the handle.. the mechanism may be covered in there..,

Is it by any chance related to the recent cold weather?
Trying to turn a key in a frozen lock could permanently damage something.
And whatever you do, fix it soon! If the remote fails you're in real trouble.
