See my photo. I've often wondered why all the original headlights have this yellow sticker? Anyone know why?

My aftermarket headlights don't, but I cunningly bought a pack of yellow stickers to the right size and always stick them on. I have no idea why, but I do.

Just wondered if anyone knows?

Possibly stuck on by the headlamp manufacturer to indicate the lamp has been tested at the end of its production.

Possibly stuck on by Fiat to indicate that the beams have been adjusted at the end of the assembly line.

Hmmm juries out on that one. Bit like the sticker on the front panel that warns about stop/start. I always peel those off of my mullered front panels and stick them on the new after Market ones.

I don't know why, but I like to make them look as original as possible.

Incidentally, everyone thst buys one of my cars has the promise that should they prang it, I will source them parts and fit them for cost.
