Hi,
I just received on the post the key case I bought from Ebay. Apparently it's an official Fiat garage selling it online (under the ad New Genuine Fiat 500 Key Remote Cover Various Colours)

My original black key cover had seem better days so I decided to buy this one. It looks very nice in the same colour as my car :p

On the website it's named 'Mocha' but it turns out it's the same as the 'Beige Cappuccino' :D

Check the photos.

I replaced the spring and chrome part of my key recently along with the replacement buttons however the buttons are more plasticky feeling than OE so you may not be happy with them.

I've learned to live with it as mine were rather grotty! I really like the new ones with the white logos on the buttons however I found it hard to locate a set like that.

I bought a complete replacement unit recently too. It came with everything bar the electronics and included a blank key blade. While it's not an official product and the quality of the plastic is obviously slightly inferior it looks good with its red case and white decoration. The rubber keypad feels about the same as the original but I've only used the outer casing and I'll keep the rest for spares. Well worth the AU$21 inc. post. Having said that, this is just for information - not a recommendation.
