Hi guys,

A couple of Noob questions I'm afraid... be gentle.

I've often seen references to a Plate Number when talking about year of manufacture - How would I find out the Plate number for My 500 pop - manufactured in 2013?

Do I need the Blue and Me dongle for my Iphone 6 - when I plug it in via USB it finds tracks, but they are in alphabetical order, not in the individual album order. Would a dongle help with this and streaming via spotify, or is it redundant on my year of manufacture?

Plate number is a UK thing, where the car's number plate will start with two specific numbers for all cars registered in that year.

It's frankly a silly way to refer to a cars age as a car could be over a year old before being first registered (in Australia new cars are sometimes three years old if the importer overestimated demand!). Don't know what's wrong with simply sticking to the Gregorian calander year.

I find that if I select "ALBUMS" in the menu, tracks are played in album order; if I select "FOLDERS" they are played in alphabetical order unless the filename starts with a track number. In those albums/folders where no track number is listed, such as those I've put together from different sources, of course they always play alphabetically.

Sorry UU, really know nothing about that. Can't stream music from my phone into B&M anyway. I put everything together (ripped CD's, downloaded YT files etc.) on the PC and download to a USB stick to play in the car.
