Hi guys,
Another question from me.
When you switch the key to the MAR position, it's basically that the ignition is switched on and all electrics/electronics are ready and booted up.
I was brought up during the coil and points era when leaving the ignition on without the engine running was a no-no as the coil and points were continually draining the battery and you had a possibility of damaging the coil.
These days, it's all different.
Are there any technical issues to leaving the key at MAR?
Is there a time limit?
Thanks,
Mick.
