I see from the Fiat Aftersales website http://aftersales.fiat.com/elum that our 500TA Lounge is described as "500 Lounge SGE"

What does SGE mean?
It's just described as "Lounge" on the DVLA reg document.

Actually for once it's English (or American)!

It stands for "Small Gasoline Engine", a.k.a. the TwinAir.

How about "Significativo Gonfiato Economia", as a reference to the TA's official fuel consumption figures.

Native Italian speakers may be able to come up with something better.
