It is indeed volare blue and it's also spelt volare not volaire 
I feel a song coming on...
Mmm, not sure if I should praise you for putting that on or not, it led me to the fridge and now I'm eating a Cornetto :yum:
Just to finish this and get back on topic ! The paint code on the 500 in the picture was 203 which Fiat Dealer says doesn't have a name ! If you order "Fiat Volare Blue" from a paint supplier what arrives is Fiat code 952 which is a much more grey shade. That colour isn't wrong though as a Google of Fiat Volare Blue shows cars in both colours. At that point I gave up as I have a can of Ford Olympic Blue here already and that is the same shade of blue as the Fiat in the picture !

Fiat have only had two different light blues and they are Cha Cha Cha Azure Blue and Volare Blue. The photos on google images just look different because of different light and different cameras.
203 is a different colour and is metallic for a start.

It should be pointed out that no Fiat 500 actually looks that colour in real life, it doesn't photograph accurately at all. But hat colour is Volare Blue!!!!!
There are certainly at least 3 light blues used on the 500, I've the seen the cars together, yes the very pale chachacha and the much brighter Volare on current models but also something in between - I think on an 08 plate car - that is the same shade as the touchup paint in the photo.
Maybe it was a special edition or maybe only sold in certain markets.
Anyway the point is if you need paint, even a touchup stick, check and double check before putting it on the car !

Nope, it's Volare blue!
There are only two light blues ever used on the 500. The 203 code you've been given is completely wrong.
I've been a member on here more or less since the 500's launch and there are only two light blues. There has always been lots of talk about how Volare never quite looks like it did in the launch photos.

and also the 08 car will be cha cha cha azure blue as volare blue wasn't available till 2010 or 2011
And you'll notice that's a USA car and it's a special edition.

I'll add Sky Blue to the list of fiat approved light blue 500 paint names
Although this is just another name used to describe code 952. Depending on the audience I shall describe our car colour as Sky Blue, Volare blue or maybe even Azzuro Cappellini when wanting to sound Uber trendy.
When I need touch up paint I intend to forget the names and use the codes which should be definitive even across models and markets.

Not forgetting that on an Abarth it is known as Legends blue.
