Hello and welcome .

It's good to have you on the forum.

I know nothing about golf, but someone more informed will likely be along in a minute...

Colin, we play golf, you can get away by putting one seat down but both is better, angle the bags in careful of the plastic sides. Keep a picnic mat in the car and put that under the club faces as the seat back are metal. We don't use carts, they are for lazy people ;) but it should go in.

I find the USB a bit lacking in power, perhaps buy the TomTom super charger to fuel the Garmin Approach 1-6 (if you have one, if you don't why not :)), now you are going to tell me GPS watches are for lazy people !!

No problem visiting any Golf Club in a 500, it fits in nicely with all top cars... after a heavy round would be nice to have an automatic and a bit more luxury driving back.

More people should play golf, you end up walking around 6 miles in under 4 hours, carrying a heavy bag and smashing a white ball using a lot of skill.

As Oscar Wilde once said - 'Golf, a good walk ruined'

Bah !!

btw : The best greens I have played on were in your town; Dublin CityWest Hotel, and one of the best fish restaurants in the world is also there in Howth; http://www.oarhouse.ie/

Well to be fair I do play the odd time myself and am certainly not anti golf, not mad about golf clubs though, as a mate of mine sais 'Golf Clubs are where little men like to feel big!' which is sadly very true of many Irish clubs. Yes the Oar House - know it well - fab!:)
