Hi everyone. I've tried to use the search function, as I'm aware that this has cropped up before, but it doesn't seem to work for me.
The passenger door handle on my 59 500 lounge has a noticable up and down "wobble". It functions as it should, but it appears to be coming loose, when pulled open.
Obviously, I want to avoid it breaking and hanging off.
I guess other will have experienced this, can the handle be tightened, before it breaks, and if so, how?

I'd suggest it's time to replace the hinge. They can be bought on the 'net for a few pounds.

I had this on my 61 plate twinair and within 3wks the door handle came off in my hand!

Thankfully I was still under warranty and they replaced the handle for me and this is what will need doing to yours I think - fyi the handles cost around £50 from the dealer and that doesn't include fitting :/
