Hi need to remove central air vents, have radio out and two screws removed. Vent is loose but don't want to force it...have I forgot another screw? Advice would be appreciated

First, if you intend to do much work on your car, get a Haynes manual, it holds lots of answers.

My Haynes says: "Undo the screws (two) and prise out the the central air vent". So it would appear that there is a clip or two along the top, you just need to wriggle and jiggle and possible lever with something undamaging.

Got it sorted thanks, had to use quite a bit of force to remove from rubber outlets. I then disassembled the unit to reattach the lever for sideways adjustment. Took all of 15 mins...I had been waiting 8 weeks for garage to get approval from abarth under 3rd year warranty.

TIP: Be careful - the screws are not magnetic! I stuck a bit of blu-tac on the end of the screwdriver so the screws stuck on it - and then gently draw the screws out trying not to knock them so they fall off! Do the same when replacing them.
Thanks to all who shared details of how to do this. I was a little apprehensive starting, but it really is a simple job. The hardest bit was getting the radio release tools out again!

I know I'm late to the party, but I just made a video on this very item. It may help you or someone else in the future:

Good luck.
