Hi I'm new here,

First of all I love this forum and have been reading a lot in the past few months.

I have a 2013 Fiat pop manual 1.2 which is my daily car and love it!, I was just checking over the fluids and engine bay and found what seems to be fuel injectors 4 of them have a slightly wet patch around them. I have attached a photo of it on one of the 4 injectors.

The engine only done 7,500kms and the car is approx 8 months old.

Can anyone tell me this is normal? Engine seems to runs fine and starts first time.

I'm in Australia for your info. :)

did you give fiat a call? stop by the dealer and have them give you a loaner for free while they sort that out.

Yes, it's under warranty get it checked sooner than later ...

I'd say that staining is oil, not fuel.

Looking more closely at your photo, I'm thinking the weep is from somewhere higher up & is tracking down to the injector. A very small oil seep from the cam cover, perhaps - that certainly wouldn't be either unusual or serious, but on a nearly new car, you may as well just take it back & let them fix it.

Thanks guys, I'll have a closer look tonight and see if it's actually oil. But it's on all 4 injectors which is why I think it's fuel.

That track is actually my finger which wiped off the dust as I was touching to see if it smelled and the colour of it. But could not determine what it is.
