I have just had to do this on mine first you need to disconnect the two big pipes at the front, one is clipped in but the one with the sensor in it is clamped then I sprayed silicon spray liberally down the two holes in the air filter moulding to allow it to come off easier.
Try any get your fingers underneath and as close to the rubber mounts as possible to prevent the plastic from breaking when you lift it off.
Before you replace it put Vaseline on the plastic cones to allow it to come off easier next time.
