I have a 6 month old 500c and the Blue & Me was working perfectly until 3 weeks ago. It seems to have switched itself to 'unrecognisable' so when trying to make calls no phone is found. If I plug it in via USB I can play music ok.

I have checked my bluetooth settings on the phone which is able to link to other devices but when I try and re-pair with the car it cannot find it (it seems to find other people's devices in their cars though!) - it's an iPhone 4S. I've tried with another Android phone just in case and that cannot find my Blue & Me either. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas on how to fix before I take it back to the dealer please?

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and reconnecting it. This resets the B&M module & you should then be able to start again & pair the phone to the car.

Hi (I am Newbie), I have had my 500 pop from new and, and last year my radio became blocked ( over night) After numerous tries I bought the code form FIAT dealer however was unable to input due numerous failed attempts. Cut long story short when I inputted the code the radio works GREAT!! (Apart from MW and LW which maybe do do with the analogue to digital. Yet no BLUE Me, buttons on th steering wheel dont respond for the the phone and windows button.

Tried disconnecting the battery ( no joy)

Tried to install new software via the USB nothing comes up ( Please help!!);
