After 5k mile 12 plate TA lounge Stop start started to play up in that approx 30 seconds after stopping at lights etc the system would restart the engine.

I booked the car in to my dealership and according to their report the battery was only holding 75 % of it's required charge. I was told the battery was replaced. 4 days latter the car restarted again my it's self and is not cutting out as regularly as t did before.


I am beginning to doubt if he battery was if fact changed, does any one know if a battery is replaced would the car remember it radio presets, and paring of phone and satnav, because this did not need to be done.

Does the car have to under go a learning curve with it's SS

Any one had a similar issue or able to offer advice before I approach the dealership

they would have used a code saver plugged in to 12v accessory socket, puts in enough power to save hassle
