Found an interesting article on the Fiatblog website in the Netherlands - it looks as though an "Easy" trim is going to be introduced for the 500, just like it has been for the new Panda and facelifted Punto:

According to the article, the Easy model will have a €610 premium over the Pop but will come with 15" alloys, aircon and chrome pack (trim, mirrors etc).
If this comes over to the UK as well (have no reason to assume it won't) then hats off to Fiat for providing a more cost-effective option with more equipment.
