Just passed 10,000 miles in my twin air 'by diesel'
So far:-
100% reliable (that means it won't start tomorrow).
I've given up with fuelly (was getting to be a pain to remember to fill it in) but fuel comsumption is averaging around the 50mpg mark, however it is very dependant on a large number of factors.
Fat tyres hurt the consumption.
More than the driver in the car (or any extra weight) hurts the consumption.
Running the aircon hurts the consumption
Running the alternator hurts the consumption
Enjoying yourself hurts the consumption
Performance seems to have got better, its certainly not slow (see above)
Oil consumption is negligible.
All in, I am very happy with the engine.
Just need to get the bluetooth checked/changed.
Cheers
