Deposit paid! (y) Am looking at a 61 plate now, but that's fine. By going to another dealer I managed to get most of my extra options for free & the "proper" mats and a tank of fuel included so I'm pretty happy with that overall :)

Let the waiting commence!

Congratulations on the order FloJo. Delighted that your perseverance 'paid off'. (y)

You could always use the passenger one and have someone drive your car and avoid 2 points on your licence.:)

You're implying I do it while I am driving! Which I don't (that would just be too messy). I just have to leave get to work super early for various reasons and do it in the car before I go inside, just don't have the time before I leave the house.
I'll have to come up with a solution then!

For someone who has gone to the trouble of specing a volare TA with that nice tan leather (y) I reckon you had no plans to 'lower' the reputation of 500 drivers

On the assumption that it takes the same amount of time to do your makeup wherever you do it, have you considered doing it before you leave the house? Or would that be just too logical?

Added bonus, particularly if you have the ivory ambience, of not risking getting makeup on the sterring wheel/seats.

Also, this made me think of this:

I got the impression you were married, but now I'm thinking otherwise :D

I'd love to if I had the time and agree it would be logical, however due to traffic gridlock problems (leaving home 10 mins later mean I arrive at work a good 20-30 mins later) and car parking issues I leave at a fixed time, which then gives me additional time at work before I start. Oh, and I get up at an ungodly hour as it is, I'm loathed to get up even earlier before you suggest that (y)
Thanks for your concern though :):D

Gutted! How am I meant to do my make up in the mornings when I get to work now!!!

Try asking your dealer's parts dept to order in a left hand drive passenger side sunvisor with mirror... It *should* fit on the driver's side in the UK according to my dealer. However perhaps this would be too much of a challenge for parts!
