Ok thanks for that. I guess I will bite the bullet and go to a dealer for another key. I didnt get 2 keys or a service history as I bought at auction. Very pleased with the car though.
 
Contact the forum member in post #13 first as I think he quoted £60, Fiat will charge close to £200.
 
I read these answers with interest and called my local Fiat dealer down here in Bournemouth/Poole to ask how much a duplicate key would be. I am glad I was sitting down as I have just been quoted £228.45. This I can only characterise as daylight robbery. Fiat, you should be ashamed of yourself.

That price is quite reasonable £300 from Mazda
