Does anyone know how / where to get a new access hole cover for the daytime running lights, the one inside the wheel arch ?

Fiat don't seem to have a part number for it and none of the scrap yards around here have 500s. I really don't want water (and soon salt) getting in there

I think the inner arch comes as one part with the access cover :(

Duck tape stuck on both sides would be better than a hole until you can find one in a breakers somewhere.

Unfortunately, even the breakers may only be prepared to sell you the whole thing - but even a damaged liner might have an intact access panel.

Yay ! - Fiat Edinburgh came good - they found the part number and ordered me one, will be here by Friday. I think I know where I'll be getting my next service done

Thanks for your replies

Glad I was wrong :) how much did it cost incidently?

About a fiver I think. Didn't get the call today - hopefully it will be in on Monday

I hit a deer on Monday which broke 2 headlight brackets, dented my door + wing and liberated the cover. It will be £160 for a new headlight unit - the door will be staying dented. The deer got back up (luckily I was just coming round a bend so was going fairly slowly)
