Hi everyone...

Does anyone know how I can find out what pressures I should inflate my tyres to? Or know what pressure to use?

The tyres are looking a bit underinflated but when I check the pressure it's still at 26 which sounds about right to me... My old car had the pressures in the manual, but the 500 doesn't so I'm a bit befuddled about where to find it out...

Thanks in advance

i have it in my manual and it says 2.2 bar for the front and 2.0 for the rear for medium load. Its on the very last page in the manual

Thanks for your replies, I knew I could find help here!

I also found a very useful website in my googling, where you can enter your registration number and they will tell you what pressures you need: http://www.tyre-shopper.co.uk/tyre-pressure.asp

Apparently mine should be 2.2 bar / 32 psi both front and rear (possibly as I have a 1.4 sport? Or because of the 16" alloys?)

Thanks again
Thanks again

Not sure I'd trust that 100%

They can't tell by your reg that you have 16" wheels. There is usually a plate on the car somewhere telling you the pressures.

The manual states 2.2 bar for front and 2.0 bar for the rear for the 16" wheels under a medium load. For a full load its 2.4 bar for the front and 2.3 for the rear.

In psi it is 32 for front and 29 for rear for medium load and for full load its 35 for front and 34 for rear.
