Mine doesn't. Although it does have an entirely pointless remote boot release button (pointless since physically lifting the hatch involves sweezing the release button anyway).

yes, I don't understand that!! it's not far from the door to the boot after all :D

I never use mine, as a friend managed to lock her keys in the car when her hubby only opened the boot and put the keys down - sounds daft I know, but it can happen - cost her £150 to join the AA and get special keys from the ford dealer (she was on holiday too)

Not if you've unlocked it with the boot only button. It is actually opened for you, and when you shut it you don't need to lock the car....

For the terminally lazy (y)

Mine has an oddity, which I do not know if others have. The driver's window can be fully opened & closed, but the left hand window can only be fully opened at a touch of the button. It has to be held 'till it is fully closed (no auto close)....

This is normal, it's a safety feature.

Thanks - why's it less dangerous for the driver then? I guess the most intelligent person drives, and they'll know not to stick their fingers in the way!

:D

It's actually like that just to give any female passengers something else to moan about. ;)

Great!!! I thought that mine is faulty, but if for safety reasons... Although it is sooo uncomfortable for me sometimes if I drive alone and I have to reply to the guy waiting at the red light beside me :D

do you often strike up conversations with other drivers at traffic lights then rigoletta? Or are they usually telling you how much they love your car? :D
