I've been looking at www.gpabarth.com and have found some very nice pictures of the 500 Assetto Corsa.











It's a pretty good place to go and have a look at all the different colour / wheel combinations, as there's 1,000's of good quality photos - Much better than the official Abarth website.

Oh I'd love a blast in that sooo much.

It's actually Corse. I ment to say it, but I must be secretly in love with Vauxhall Corsa's. :doh:

I am not a fan of the standard bulky 500 wing mirrors but the corse race mirrors are perfect, wonder if they are road legal/useable. I also like the recovery hooks.

Maybe its an option, I have seen pictures of real cars some with originals and some without. Have a look on google. All the promo events seem to have them like the gallery here. http://www.autoblog.com/photos/fiat-500-abarth-assetto-corse-live/

All the European and UK Trofeo cars use the standard ones, they were probably just as you say something for the initial show car. It certainly didn't have them at Brands last year.
