500's Owners Personalised Plates

I've seen a few members on here seem to have personalised plates on their new loved machines.

So I thought I'd start a thread a poll to see what people have got and why (although in the main I suspect is obvious why).

Jon.

The reason it was cheap is that there is no obvious connection to anything. Your personal plate is only significant to you, it will mean nothing to anyone else.
However, as that is the reason that you purchased it you are fortunate to get such personal details on your car for cheap money.

I kept my plate 606 KPO from my Honda Accord and it has no significance to me or my car. I only purchased it as it was an "ageless" registration and I might put it on my 500 next year if it is not sold first.

I think that the people that have a 500 related plate are the lucky ones, especially if they don't have prefixes or suffixes. They are coo.

I don't have one but that's not to say I wouldn't like one. I just can't justify the expense at the moment.

seriously considering one though. Depends what we can afford when we come back off holiday, or there's always the credit card.

Certainly sounds like a good plate.

Re: 500's Owners Personalised Plates

I have a plate on mine, bought it from the bi-monthly DVLA auction.

500 TXK

I liked the idea of a 500 plate with no prefix, the initials don't mean anything.

Cost £450, but missed out on plates at three previous auctions as they went for too much money. The prices achieved at the auctions seem really random, just have to be patient.
