Fiat 500 police car

I thought I was seeing things this morning when a police car whizzed by me in my Panda, it looked like a 500.

Anyway, my wife rang me a little later on from a village event and said, theres a fiat 500 police car parked in the recreation ground, and everyone is giggling.

She's taken a pic that I'll post when she gets back. unless of course everyone has already seen one, couldn't find a post relating to them.

Location: Ninfield, East Sussex.

A neighbour told me the same!! fraid I thought she had mistaken it for a micra.......obviousley not, cant wait to see the piccie

The receptionist where I work came running in to our office last week with her phone saying she had seen one and had taken a picture! very cute although I'm sure that's not the point of them

Perhaps the police are going to try and appeal to the criminals softer side. I'd like them try to bundle a couple of burly crooks along with their sacks of swag into the poor little 500 though.

Bet the boot would hold the swag better than the crims thought though.

Perhaps it's the STYLE police ?

Can't wait to see some photos of one, although I think the Fiat 'Panda' might be more appropriate.

Bet they cant drive them with helmets on, with all that bouncing! Compared to the Daihatsu Moves Hampshire Police had a few years back, a 500 would look positively sensible
