A polish and some personalisation

The poor wee thing got absolutely filthy today, and I had to drive on a freshly gritted road, it got splattered in tar and its first chip on the bumper Anyway, an hour or so cleaning and a polish and he looks great. Found some small paint flaws, most of which polished out but left some swirl marks.
Also, added some stainless GB letters and these little Italian domed stickers, thanks to a local scooter shop

LOL, my wife asked today if there was a problem with the tyre pressures as she finds the ride awful!!! I said its fine, its our roads

Looks very shiny - you've done a good job with the polish. Like the extras too.

You sound so proud!

Re: A polish and some personalisation

Yea were into that horrible road gritting season. A tiny tiny drop of tar and loads and loads of chippings which never stick. Often the roads they choose are fine anyway. Maybe they have a quota of grit/chippings to get rid of. Lots of people will drive slower, but generally not 4x4s white vans etc. If I know a road has been done I go to crazy lengths to avoid it.
