(G) What free stuff did you get?

What free things did you manage to get from your dealer?

(I'll be expecting free mats and full tank of fuel considering all the money i've spend on dealer fitted options.)

I got nothing at all... despite my best attempt at asking

Nice 500 logo mats, iPod holder and cable.

I think they took the value off the fuel supplied though. Car supplied with fuel warning light glowing!

well the car has still to come and should be 4 weeks away but after many request and considering that i have bought another car the same month I placed my order i just received a loosy set of mats. Not a lot i think!!

Forgot to mention that I also got oily finger marks all over the interior, on the white leather steering wheel, seats, sunroof trim, windscreen surround etc etc.

Very kind of the dealer, but I couldn't accept that level of generosity so had him take them off the car the next day!

I also got precisely nowt thrown in. However,got a car with the right spec(!) in the first week of June as the dealer first suggested when I ordered back in March, the car was well prepared inside and out, the sales guy gave me good updates and was a pleasure to deal with. So not a bad experience all in all.
Petrol tank half full on collection by the way.

i got free matts £10 in fuel and a set of sport key covers + the car was imaculate and so i could av it early they also taxed it for an extra week i was well happy

Well, my kindly dealer threw in a set of 500 stiched mats,italian flag side bits for the rubbing strips, full to the brim fuel and key covers. Saying that we rushed it through so he could get his commission bonus for the month!

Mats :-) but no welcome pack :-( .

Just got the car 3 weeks earlier than expected, but absolutely nowt else except for a scuff on the bonnet, (which they later sorted).

don't fiat uk post the welcome pack out to you ? i hope so because i didn't get one either. we got 1/4 tank of fuel and a set of 500 model cars for the kids and £25 discount of the 500 logo mats.they did give us £2,500 more than our trade in was worth though i'm happy enough,
expect nothing and you will never be disapointed

the ecodrive stick! you should really ask your dealer for one, mine wasn't really sure but he realised when i said i wasn't leaving without one!

and i got £12 fuel & some money off mats, and a keyring, and 'buy one get one free' a 1:43 model 500 in tropicalia yellow!

The flag sticker is £40, the key covers are £40 and i think the mats are about £50. You did very well there!

I was presented with a red box 215mm x 150mm welcoming me to the Fiat family with a nifty USB stick inside. No good for music for the ME system though, far too small a capacity. Just takes you to Fiat website to register and set up reminders for MOT, Servicing etc.

Also got half tank of fuel (does anyone remember when ALL new cars had a full tank).

Oh! ... just remembered got over £400 discount so can't complain too much.

ps. Got a set of mats from work £4.99 less staff discount and they look like they were made for the car, almost exact colour as original carpets.

I got this name sticker and a matching keyring, a thimble full of petrol ... and a small dent in the door (repaired for free also).
