Mistaken identity

I was at a petrol station, filling up and paying (not much) when the cashier asked me: 'What is that car (pointing at my beautiful Mod blue 500) is it Nissan Micra?' I was gutted! I thought that the 500 doesn't at all look like Micra, but what do I know...

Dont worry, only dimwits and blind peeps think that! It really doesnt look like a Micra, I see Micras all the time and now 500s are appearing Ive not mistaken one yet.
There is however a red 500 in a Ferrari dealer near me and I heard someone laugh and say "whats that thing?"

i was asked the same when we had our demo car it does resemble the micra from the back not realy from the front though

Here's a Nissan Micra:



Here's a Fiat 500:



There is a certain resemblance, but I like to think that this is because Nissan took cues from the original 500 when designing the Micra.

I know they've got totally different front ends, I prefer the 500 aswell.

You'd have to be pretty stupid to mistake a Micra for a Fiat 500.

ID:	44357 first one went wrong sorry!! lights and badge location are the most similar i might de-badge the back of mine does anyone know if the badge is just a stick on or does it have locator pins?

A quick glance at a moving nissan micra and it definetly looks similar.

Just like the Mk2a Punto at quick glance looks like the Mk1.

yea the 500 looks better, but the micra is the most similar out there.

First why debadge, Fiat and proud. Secondly the badge is in a recess which would need to be filled.
