If you saw what my dads 500 looked like before he restored it you'd have said it was dead too.

I reckon someone would be able to resurrect that one.

i dont know where it is though, i nicked pic off fiat motor club, some one on there says they american lights, so i reckon it over there, dont look like much rust though

I think at the moment you could probably make a bit of money restoring 500's. It's not too hard to find remanufactured stuff for them. My dad found a place in Germany which sells pretty much every part you'd need for a 500 except the shell itself. My dad wants to sell his 500 but I've told him to wait a couple of years till the new 500's start selling in higher numbers in Australia.

Have not seen a single one in motion since launched 2 months ago.

Possibly something to do with waiting times plus the time to ship from Poland to Aus? I know of one person in Melbourne who bought one of the spare cars from the GP

Bastard!!! I wanted one of them!! I've seen about 20 or so 500's, they were in a convoy driving around Albert Park Drive in about March.
