no its not. it says 8(eight). look at this dvla link and see how a 'B' looks a lot different to an 8.

I didn't say it isn't an 8, I was suggesting the most likely possibility for what theregistration should be.

NX08 OO8 or NX08 008 is not possible in the UK, so either the plate is illegal or the picture has been photo-shopped.

the photo has been MSPaint'ed just didnt want the rest of the reg to be shown publicly (most people hide their reg so thought we would be the same), so just copy/pasted the 08 part again, with an extra 0 as there wernt alot of room.

the law states you cant talk on the phone while driving, nothing about using cameras while driving!!!
