General: Display dimmer on/off ???

Display dimmer on/off ???

How can enabled / dissabled the (both) display illumination to low or high? Some versions (depending from???) have activated display dimmer when turned on lights manually; I have no find this option on menu, only daylights on/off.

Suggestion?
