There has been a lot of discusison about being able to change the spec on your order once it has been places. I am told it can be done, my dealer says no. I emailed him last night mentioning the fact the online ordering system has system codes and you are supposed to be able to change some details up to 2 weeks before your car is built and this is his response

''As I have said once the order goes through to fiat we cannot change the spec.

Fiat are getting so many orders sent through That than cannot be changing them.

I did say this to you mate when we settled on the final option list.''



Is he lying to me or what, I cant understand whats going on????

Well I have a week 5 car that I added alloys & side rubbing strips to last Monday.

Yep he is, because of his info and helpfulness I have cancelled my order with my unhelpful dealer and placed a new order with Simon.

I got the changes I wanted and I am also now getting my car 2 months earlier, nothing wrong with that !!
