I love my new 500e (California) however the Fiat Access App only partially works. When I request Door Unlock or Lock I get "Server Error"

There is no in app help at all. Any help?

PS I have the black with white trim penguin paint job. I named it Opus after the penguin in Bloom County cartoon.

As the error message suggests, the issue is probably server side and nothing that you can sort yourself. Time to call Fiat up and let them know of your issues.

Some time on the phone with customer service and a few gyrations with the car enabled the features on the mobile app. I was told this was a very rare issue.
