Last one is a CGI pic. I've got a collection of CGI cars stashed in a folder from a couple years ago and thats one of them.

Re: Probably some have been seen before

The first one has the OZ wheels I wanted, which OZ say they have had some made especially for the 500.... except when you enquire they only do them in a 100mm pitch and not the 98mm the 500 has

The car looks so good stock, these kits just mess it up.

Re: Probably some have been seen before

If you covered the 500 in glue then chucked handfulls of 'lego' bricks at it, it would without a doubt look better than some of them.

Pass your rat over the picture and it comes up as starline.

If you want more info these pictures all came from Charlie at Superspeed in Edinburgh

Cheers

That kit is from a company called lineXtras.
I don't know anything about them or the quality of their kits buts here's a link to the appropriate page on their website.

Re: Probably some have been seen before

I admire you! I would not have the courage to drive in ANY of the cars below! A 500 is neat because of what it represents (well packaged economy / style / energy conservation / practicality etc), but to fit a racelike body kit... oh please!!!! Why don't you save money and get an old ford fiesta with already fitted furry dice, go faster spoilers / wheels etc.... and don't forget a little plastic elvis!!!

I know, I know - it's purely a matter of taste but I just couldn't help it....

Re: Probably some have been seen before

Personally i think the 500 is all about individuality.
i havent sold a standard one yet, everyone wants to make it their own car.
the bodykit is just another way of doing it.
admittadly some of them are VERY personal but each to their own i say
