Dan I was sent an email after my £141 on line quote urging me to phone them "as I would speak to someone who understood classics and nearly always saves you money"
This was not the case the guy didn't understand, the mods make the car safer than the original. The first quote he offered was higher than they quoted online?
I paid £108 last year for a mg midget which was a 1275 engine and rag top so I don't expect to pay more for a 600cc.
