Don't be alarmed. This is a freeze frame of my engine today. I am still fooling with the timing, valve adjustment and carb adjustment.

The flames are supposed to come out the other end,

a.k.a. the exhaust.

It has to be timing or valve adjustment..I think

Or maybe you have converted your 2 cylinder four stroke into a gas turbine!!!
