Hi Andrew,
I also have one of those. They are the most expensive alternator available.
Not much to change really. Just a brush set and the regulator on the side.
These are both available form Axel Gerstl of which I have ordered but were out of stock at the time but I think they are in know.

Sean.........I dismanted said alternator.....and waited for parts.
Re-built and something is wrong.
I'm looking for a construction diagram to understand what i've done wrong......anyone........please....

Mechanical.
The main shaft moves to and fro' the two bearing positions. One bearing is fixed at the fan end but as you tighten the pulley the shaft pulls up and down the bearing housing.

I have been looking for an "exploded" drawing but have yet to find one.

stripped it back down and smaller bearing is thinner than the existing!!
I Ordered by bearing number - i've been supplied the wrong bearing.
Should of checked Andrew......

pulley end bearing marked as 6202 so thats what ?I bought and fitted.....only the bearing was in fact a 62202 and they didn't make different RSR seals - so I fell into a trap....All good now......
