Nice pictures Owen. The cars look great and the colours compliment them, especially against that lovely blue sky.

Great inspiration. Couldn't find you mentioning what kind of welding equipment you have used, have you used MIG MAG all the way? If so are you using .6 mm or .8 wire? Have you used welding primer or have you cleaned the welding areas for paint before welding? How did you weld in the front part to the front wings, is it possible to do the normal MIG/MAG spot welds with a 6 mm hole drilled in one of the parts?

yes yes and yes lol i ve used .6 and .8 , ive used zinc primer or red lead on all repairs , ive welded front from front seams as well as welding from behind the seams . owen nw

Hi Owen. Looking good.

I've done my front seats but have the back ones to do. Thought they would be easier than the front but turns out to be the other way.

Were your back seats done with a kit that uses straps under the seat? (Got mine from Ricambio UK.) The original vinyl stapled on to the wooden bottoms. But these using straps don't seem to fit the shape as easily. Anyone know any tutorials or guides for the back seats?
