Not sure how many reached Oz...
but they are getting harder to find in the UK unless you are prepared to pay a fair bit... N's are starting to attract some silly money and restorations can be costly due to the unique nature of some parts.. D's are probably easier to find but still not an everday find...
And if you are talking RHD you are probably going to find it even harder...
are you looking to Restore? as I imagine getting parts out there will be quite hard as well..

Thanks for the reply I own a fiat 500 F already and want to own a second but I would to get one with the suicide doors. I know this forum is globally thought I try my luck if anyone Australia would know of something. I'm happy with any condition because I know how rare they are becoming.

I have one. early 1958 chassis 043179. Fully restored no issues with anything. Never rusted, car came from the dry inland. Prepared to sell if offers come within 70% of similar cars in the rest of the world.

My son sent me a link about one for sale in New Zealand before Christmas on Trade Me. The Auction finished as I was in transit to NZ but it went for less than £2,000. I had enough cash in my pocket to buy it had I known it would go for so little 
Anyway New Zealand might be a good place to search for one as they used to part assemble them there under licence. I know that there were a couple rusting in peace in the Horopito car wreckers yard on the north island.

NZ is an excellent place to find Fiat 500's or the 'Bambina' as they were badged over there (for 500F models)
They can vary enormously in condition depending on what part of the country they have lived in.
I imported 3 over from NZ last year, 2 excellent rust free examples, one perfect, one needing a repaint and one very solid restoration project.
If they have the original registration papers it can tell a lot about the probable condition- Generally Wellington cars are most likely to be rustiest due to lack of garaging in the hilly terrain and the sea air blasting in as can West Coast cars from the South Island.
Auckland cars can deteriorate more due to humidity.
Christchurch and Central South Island cars are often in excellent condition - my 1972 500F was garaged from new in Christchurch and has no rust or repairs anywhere.
The disadvantages are that the stocks of good cars have been severely depleted especially during the '90s when large numbers were sent to Japan. I looked over at least 10 prior to selecting the ones I imported.
The freight costs out of the South Island are also astronomical due to the lack of roll on - roll off facilities in Christchurch which by the time you have cleared customs, paid GST and import approval it is a marginal economy compared with buying one locally.
As usual buyer beware- just because it is glossy it isn't necessarily solid. Having said that - if possible look for a car with a Warrant of Fitness as there are compulsory roadworthiness checks every 6 months in NZ which are a reasonable indicator of condition.
