Hi,

I have purchased 2x 1961 500 Giardinieras that have been left in an open carport for over 20 years.
I would like to upgrade the engine and gearbox to 126 specs and have the following questions:
1) Can you fit 650 barrels to the early Giardiniera- do decompression spacers need to be made- how thick do they need to be?
2) Can you fit a 126 Bis flywheel to the Giardiniera?
3) Does a 126 bis bellhousing bolt up to the early Giardiniera motor?
4) What starter do you use?
5) Can you fit 126 rear swing axles and driveshafts or do you need 500F ones?
6) Does anyone have a 500F Giardiniera Bellhousing/flywheel and starter for sale or 126 Bis (if they fit?)

Many Thanks

Damon:confused:
