Does anyone know if you can buy NEW right hand drive headlamps for a 500 D/F and can you buy a NEW zero miles speedo for same car (in MPH).

Headlights I think is a definite no...... the supply of new RHD ones dried up some years ago.

LHD are still available though..... at a price!

Not sure about the speedo but guess you may be extremely lucky and find one.....
