Hi all, just bought myself a very nice example of a 126 a couple of days ago, i am looking to put it through an MOT. it has its original tool kit and everything but the only thing that is missing is the catch for the driver side seat which allows it to swing forward for access to the back, does anyone know where i could get one of these little levers from? im concerned this may affect the MOT. ive looked all over on fiat websites but cant seem to find what im after? any help would be greatly appreciated! are there any other things that i should look over before i put it in? the car runs great and doesnt seem to have any major faults i just wondered if any of the more experienced members could share some knowledge for a new 126 enthusiast

look up the pat number, then enter it into EBAY,
probably hundreds in Poland and Italy..,
other 126 owners on the forum may well know of some in the UK also..,

I am pretty sure that I have got one I kept as a spare so I can look it out if you wish. I do not think that it would be an MOT fail as they did not exist on the 500 seat frames but the catch does give a little more stability.
