I have no turn signals, I do get hazards when high beams are on but that's it. Any ideas?

Could be many things but I would start by cleaning every electrical connection and ground including the fuses. When clean, coat with dielectric grease before reconnecting - the electrical connectors in these cars a infamous for corroding and causing a myriad of problems; once cleaned and protected they will be good. Secondly, the turn signal switch in the steering column may be bad. Finally, the emergency flasher switch (not the flasher itself) may be bad.

Do you have the wire diagram? trace out the circuit and ohm out the wires make sure there is not a short. I agree with George it could be the connection in the steering column. Also check the Flasher relay. When i got my car first thing i did was clean every contact i could find grease it up and clean the switches.
