If you happen not to have tried your horn, I'd be interested in your experience! Mine is - well put it this way, it's at a significantly higher pitch than even my wife's Panda! Is it faulty I wonder?

Ours sounds like a regular horn to me, from outside anyway, haven't sat inside with windows/roof up.

Well my dealer is now quoting 2 days to take a look at the horn. They think it might be faulty - so have ordered in two horns. The quick and easy question for owners out there is this - is your horn a single or dual tone horn? If it is dual, mine is definitely faulty, since I only have one high tone.

Just to update this thread, the issue has been traced to corrosion in a wiring loom. The dealer will replace engine and dash wiring looms which will take several days. Since they are coming from Italy I expect the wiring looms are Fiat manufactured not Mazda.

Well, i also had a problem with the horn, with the wires getting corrosion and snapping...:bang:
